I was able to get a Red Pocket e-SIM number for $7.78 and successfully ported it in to Metro. Plus Metro total of $165.24. All in with eSIM port-in and Metro is $173.02. Now we wait for it to unlock lol

Phone unlocking in one year is a deal-breaker.

When you are able to log on in Metro account with your iPhone 13 number, just choose add a line on the website. You still need to port in a new number to be eligible for an 16e at $99 discount price, plus one month service cost of $30.

Metro will begin selling a discounted iPhone 17e on March 11. It's possible the 16e price will drop further. I suggest waiting a week before doing this deal.

Just to confirm, is this deal still active? From my understanding, I can port in a number (google voice), sign up for the $55/month plan, cancel after the 1st month (I'm assuming before the month is over), and use the phone as a wifi only device. Phone will unlock after 1 year WITHOUT any more commitments. Does that sound right?

Yes. You don't have to cancel after the 1st month if you don't pay the 2nd month, it's per paid plan. Cross your fingers in every step of the order, especially at the final page. Haha... Good luck.

I successfully ported 3 GV numbers last month. A number of unsuccessful GV attempts recently so be sure to post your outcome.
Also well known from prior threads after 1 month the phone will no longer make or receive calls but high speed data continues for weeks.

I did my first one on google voice $3 for port out, $100 phone, $55 plan, $165 after taxes. My google account still shows the number i ported out two weeks later so I decided to try a different route instead of using google voice again. Usmobile cheapest line is $7, chat to get port out info. Add a line, 16e again, $99 phone, $30 plan, $8 taxes, total $138. Probably will try a third line i don't remember how many lines you can do on one account, or how many you can do before they start shadow banning your credit card. Luckily this was a newly replaced credit card. I really need to switch to a CC that has virtual CC numbers...

1st 16e = $165
2nd 16e = $130
3rd 16e = probably also $130

I have a stack of metro iphones and they always unlock after the alotted time, it used to be a few months, now its 1 year, and its been one year since last year, it unlocked after I checked after a year in the drawer. Google voice for $3 and usmobile for $7 is the cheapest for numbers to port, the ebay ones are now $17-25 unlike $7 like the old days.

Worked for me! I had a little hiccup in the beginning because I couldnt unlock/release the GV number, but once I verified my ID it worked. I also used an incognito window if that made any difference

Sorry. False alarm. And some reported that a rep on the phone said they're OOS. I got an order today.

$300? I was thinking $250 > was ideal max. 300 would be amazing. I already have several cards.

90hz released around 2019 for Android. So it's odd.
15 minutes in the apple store this morning and I had $930 in gift cards for my 3 Metro iPhone 16e. Almost $500 in profits without having to do anything special.
