I was able to get a Red Pocket e-SIM number for $7.78 and successfully ported it in to Metro. Plus Metro total of $165.24. All in with eSIM port-in and Metro is $173.02. Now we wait for it to unlock lol

I got this promotion 2 days ago, I had to call 5 different stores around my area, all them were charging $400 - $500 price out of the door. Only on one I was able to get $300. They asked me for my ID and I had to verify myself with a selfie scanner, just like the website. FYI

I paid $30 for the phone and plan with adding a second line. Appears iPhone 13 and the 16e now require the 3 months of service.

replying to my own question after trying few things, apparently they know if you are porting a number that was in their system in the past 180 days, if so you won't get the deal. I tried a new number and the port in works, so you can be an old customer and get this deal as long as you bring in a new number.
