This is not an "underseat" carry-on. This is close to the maximum legal size airlines will let on for overhead storage. As someone that travels multiple times a week, a bag with these dimensions definitely isn't going to fit under an airline seat (and would actually be rejected by many airlines if they were sticklers about the carry-on sizes... which they rarely are).

I've been looking at carry-ons and almost got this one until I found some reviews stating the measurements were wrong on this and it is actually closer to 24". If anyone has this I'd love to know what the actual height is.
