This is actually pretty cool that it can fast charge the Ryobi batteries at 100W as well as being a 100W PD power bank. Don't need it personally but interesting product.

It's bad for the battery. One of the asterisks says set to lower charge until you change settings in menu to 100w to protect battery

Its fine, doesnt say that at all. It says it is set to a SAFE 65 WATT as the default setting, and the user can change it to 100 watts if desired.
