I have it and I like mine. Lighter and easier to tote around than my corded 7 1/2 (Ridgid) one, which just sits on my shelf now.For me it does the few cuts I need here and there and with the two 4aH batteries and the charger this is a really great deal imo.

This is a no brainer to buy, unless, like me, -
A corded worm drive + the 7 1/2 18v version is already sitting on the shelf with plenty of batteries.
If it was the new saw-all .... my small milwaukee wearing out and wiaiting for Ridged version to go on sale.

This is probably the best i have been in several years, i'm talking about getting 2 batteries, the Saw and charger. Most deals are batteries or Saw but not everything at once.

this or the dewalt deal at 199 or the dewalt deal at 299 with 2 5s the saw and another tool? Just can't decide. I have some of both lines already and have almost the full line of metabo as well.

Very good deal. Have this 6 1/2 circ saw and would buy again! Their is a comprehensive vid comparing milw, ryobi, dewalt... 6 1/2 circ saw's and this Ridgid is the most powerful.

This is NOT the Brushless model that was $149 w/ batteries. This is the older Brushed model.
