These are okay cables for set it and forget it tasks like keyboards, trackpads, etc. They are just less durable for daily plugging.

I have had two of these fail in a few months. I bought a few 10 ft cords to plug in phone by bed. One became very warm/burning smell when it failed. I purchased a more durable one for daily plug/unplug

These are great budget friendly usb-c power cords. You get 5 of them for less than your average lunch. They are braided and can withstand those tugs and pulls from everyday use. Durability is fine. You have to keep in mind that these are on the budget friendly side and won't last as long as the $30/each usb-c cables. Personally, I'm always losing my cables, and I would rather lose a $2.00 cable vs a $30 cable. They also work fine for data transferring. The secret for making these budget friendly cords last is to make sure that you dont pull or twist the cord's connection (head).

The good time about these cords is that they are sold by Lisen and they are pretty good about their warranty.
