I just bought this on the exact deal. Set it up on Sunday and have been testing it out extensively. It does work well. It's clearly limited compared to some of the newer (aka more expensive by a lot) units. I got tired to researching it all. This vacuums well--I have a dog who sheds twice a year, six months at a time--and in two days this is a game changer for me.
The mopping is more like "wiping the floor with a damp cloth" but I'm OK with it. I can manually deep clean it by hand.
The D9 was available via Woot! for $130, which I also ordered but hasn't arrived yet. It's basically the D10 but without the auto-empty at end up cycle. For me, the extra $50 was worth it for that.
I have a couple of thresholds that it struggles on, but damned if it doesn't keep trying and eventually get over them. I've only observed it "giving up" once.
D10 l10 what's the deals here. Why don't these guys just say.. 2023 low end, medium end, high end, pro, ultra pro.. and then do the same every year. Fing bs to figure out the differences. No I don't want to ask Gemini or chatgpt
This does not have mop refill and washing/drying, which makes it a huge pain to operate as a mop compared to completely automated vacuums. Also the mop pad is a fixed sheet of fabric instead of motorised pads. Go with the L10s Gen 2 refurb instead. https://www.ebay.com/itm/357248939228

Edit: mine was Gen 1 but the difference are minor
