Note that they also have the 2472 model for the same price, which is a newer "Omnivore" version. Less BTUs but more efficient due to the lighter griddle plate and wind guards.

Bought this when it was the 70,000 BTU and honestly I doubt you need that. I am sure the 38,000 BTU is ample. My burners are almost closer to low then high for pretty much everything. I did add the wind blockers that magnet under griddle that help if you are in a windy area.

For the 2472 model, are you able to avoid delivery charge to you store for in person pickup? I have checked almost every stores in my surrounding area and non of them have them in stock, thus it wants to change me a delivery fee.
