It's better to have a seven dollar knife and a $100 knife sharpener rather than a $100 knife and a seven dollar knife sharpener.

You can get given a cheap knife rather sharp with a good sharpener. A good knife that isn't sharp isn't a good knife.

Try a sharpener from work sharp. The one with the belts
