I got some Amazon basic pliers and locking pliers and they are worse than Harbor Freights lowest line. Feels like it came from the Dollar Tree. Makes Walmarts HyperTough look like Snap On.

I need ratcheting wrenches, but I'll pass on this.

Both of these sets have a problem with the included sizes. In SAE, the most commonly used sizes are 7/16, 1/2 and 9/16...they failed to included the 7/16". In metric, the most critical are 8, 10, 12, 14 and 17mm. 13mm is sometimes useful but mostly because it's the same as 1/2", with true 13mm being semi rare on metric products. Seems like 15mm is occasionally useful, but I can't remember...might only because it often works on 9/16" bolts. I'll be skipping both of these, regardless of quality.
