I believe the SL is the model without a mic built-in for Alexa and Google Assistant. The Ultra is more expensive with a bit more virtual surround sound and bass as a standalone sound bar. If you are going to have the sub+ surround add-on (Era100s or Era300s) the Ultra will be downgraded to the regular Arc.

Very good. I just returned a refurb 300 and it was simple and pretty quick. I payed with PayPal so the refund didn't come thru at first but their CS was awesome. I have no complaints other than the 300 sucks for music lol.
