I have purchased this same model 2 times and both units had different issues, and the return process was nightmare.

I'm not sure, but Dell has an extended holiday price guarantee, so if the price drops from now until January 15th, you can talk to customer support for the difference refunded.

Got the DELL 10% email in about 1/2 day- I have the 100 off $500 on my Amex Blue card. Added a $24 mouse to bump the total just over $500 after 10% taken off ($508 with tax).

Got an order delayed email.

Last time this happened, my order kept getting delayed further out & never ultimately shipped. Bummer.

They're no longer taking orders for the $499 sku. They oversold them. Plan on another delay.
