My laptop doesn't have an SD card slot and cheap USB adapters tend to disconnect. I hate to spend $20 or $30 on a good adapter when that could get me an SD card, too. But, I didn't even need an card, right now and I'm trying to be a good (bad?) SDer and not buy anything I don't actually need.

Question as I'm learning new to handheld gaming but now about to give it a whirl.... That item has micros D so would this be a decent card for this scenario as in solid and fast enough for presumably game storage? And if I keep this for mentioned and don't return it as I'm trying to figure the damn thing out and what games I can actually play on it, I do plan on setting up the dualboot with Win 11 partition, so realizing the 2 OS's will be independent but require to be installed on the internel per the thorough tutorial guide on the Tubez, would one benefit with adding one of these and recommend if say to allocate it's storage to the SteamOS for storage or Windows 11 usage for the storage?
Sorry for the long winded question, however, most/many/any of ya'll that have this type of device will certainly understand this question but also possibly help me keel 2 birds with one stone as my brain is working overtime trying to decide if I'm keeping this cool yet confusing AF so far, $500+ gadget! 🙏
