Are you using the Perplexity app? I suggest using Perplexity through a web browser instead. The app didn't work for me when it came to getting the instant buy button to appear.


If the response doesn't give you one of the supported retailers as an option, switch from the 'Answer' tab to the 'Shopping' tab located at the top. You will most likely find the instant buy button option there. (See my attached screenshot)

Not yet. I was actually trying to get it to show me the NewEgg vs. the NewEgg seller, but the Instant Buy only showed for the NewEgg seller,

I expect to get the 50% / $50 reward because

1) I didn't see an exclusion for third party NewEgg resellers for the promotion

2) I used Instant Buy for the product

3) It said eligible for 50% rewards on the purchase screen after clicking Instant Buy and using Paypal to purchase.

4) PayPal simply shows NewEgg as the merchant.

I'll see what happens - it can take a while to show up and was just shipped.

OK, I might have just overlooked it before. I just checked PayPal, and it shows my 5000 points with a date of Dec 3. It doesn't say what it's for, but that's obviously it, but this also shows the 50% rewards to $50 includes tax because the product was $94.99 before tax and $103.54 with tax.

I'm surprised people have gotten their items already. I bought a memory card that is still in stock and it hasn't shipped yet. I already received my PayPal reward points and cashed them out.

Mine is in transit - ETA Dec 8th. But I already have the points, which are redeemable.

I don't know why but Newegg won't ship my item. I chatted with them Monday morning first thing. They said it was odd my memory card never shipped in a week and is still in stock. They "shipped" a new one just like the last one where they just make a new label but never give anything to to USPS. I guess I'm gonna have to dispute this eventually.
