My dental hygienist recent warned against using "antiseptic" mouth washes because it also kills the beneficial bacteria, so this kind of thing is better than that for those who want to finish with a mouthwash. You'll also need to refrain from drinking water for a bit after using it to get the fluoride benefit as well, I believe.
