I did the iPhone 13 deal with visible last year. Note that for eSIM you must activate service on the device you bought. They were also a PITA regarding unlock. I activated the phone on their service and then moved the service to another iPhone. The iPhone 13 never unlocked and customer service was not helpful at all. I then used the iPhone 13 another line for 60 days and that apparently didn't count either since it wasn't the line the phone was purchased on. Overall if you want an unlocked phone make sure you use it on the original account for which you purchased it for 60 continuous days after activation.

But be aware since it is a Verizon subsidiary it is just a sim unlock - the bootloader lock (OEM unlock) remains greyed out... had this experience with a pixel 9a I got from visible.

$425 plus taxes, $465 total. Visible indeed includes all taxes/fees. Service is better too. P10Pro is not much of an upgrade from the standard P10. Too late for me to return but I think this is a better deal.

when I signed up it signed me up for auto pay and the reps couldnt figure out how to disable it

Yeah, 256GB models have been OOS for several days, at least since BF. This deal is available until Dec 9, so it's possible they come back. It's also possible the 128GB goes OOS. I'm going to wait. 128GB on my current phone is part of my motivation to get a new phone. These deals on Mint and Visible have come around during non-BF/CM periods over the years; the downside is you'll be out-of-cycle on a 12mo plan for next BF/CM.

If you're saying you are going to abandon 10 months of your 12 month pre-paid service, porting out your number will certainly prevent an auto-renewal a year from now. Carriers are required to automatically close your account for that line once the port is complete.

Does anyone know by when the phone/plan should be activated? Ordered on BF and got my pixel 10 today. But was going to wait till xmas to activate as I still have 2.5 month on my mint plan. Is that going to be ok?

Once you activate the phone, then on the online account there's a setting to deactivate it.

Just ordered with the 256GB back in stock. Nowhere during checkout or in any of the T's & C's pages linked to was an activation deadline disclosed, agreed to, or tied to the offer. Since I'm prepaid at Mint into Feb, I'm going to wait 60 days before activating. Plenty on Reddit having done so. At 61 days, they may have to generate a new eSim. Gonna be tough having the shiny new toy laying around not being fully used!

You have to activate the line within 45 days not 60. The paid service is gone if you don't activate the line within 45 days.

Order to unlock the phone, you have to activate the Pixel 10 then change the phone. Then use the Pixel 10 on any Visible plans. I heard that Visible Pixel 10 come with unlocked out of the box. Last year Pixel 9a deal I got was unlocked phone.

Tello $5 but I choose $15 unlimited and used coupon code 10OFFAFF for $15.55(they charge Surcharges). Take 1 minute to port in to the Tello then have to wait about half day to completed port in. Then get account # and port out # and order Pixel 10. You have about 29 days to change the service between Tello and Visible.
