They are different games within the same family, and the Golem Edition on sale here is duplicative of New World, not of Spice Road.
I can't vouch for the components of the Golem Editions, but I thought the game was kind of lacking with quality in the main version. Like the boards were really thin and not thick cardboard. I did see a review of the Golem Editions that they Meeples were not as tiny and more full sized. So if I had to pick one over the other, based on that alone I'd go wit hthe golem editions.
Edit: I will say... if you want all three games, it's cheaper to just get the Century Big Box that has all 3 of the non golem editions
