I purchased this last time and it was about a month away from expiration. ☹️

Awesome! We use coconut milk all the time and the full fat version like this is the best. You can make non-dairy ice cream, coconut rice, thicken Indian dishes and soups, or my favorite, tembleque!

I am not sure about that. We had two cans that went bad shortly after the printed date and they end up tasting like soap was poured in the can

Oh man. I brought this yesterday for $10;more and it is shipping today. I don't suppose that they allow price adjustment.

Costco is a little more expensive, but less likely to be expired/poorly stored.

Does canned coconut milk need specific storage environments in a warehouse? It's likely good for 1 year+ after it's "expiration" date.

This is an excellent price! I am in for two cases. Hopefully they don't expire too soon. The coconut milk makes a big difference to curry.

I've used coconut milk over a year after the date and it was fine

It's decent coconut milk but it's not very creamy to make any great curry. For the current discount price, I would not complaint.

What brand would you recommend? Aroy?

Isn't the can size too big? Doesn't it hurt?

Unfortunately you're gonna have to go for enslaved monkey labor for the good stuff. This is OK for drinks or mango sticky rice
