Not a bad price if you need it right now but the price will get lower. Same regular price as last year at 59.99. My notes show the lowest price last year was around Jan 2 at 22.49 at newegg.

I'm no longer paying a premium for TurboTax when h&r block is just as good, hoping for a deal for like 20-25 with a 10 amazon card or some incentive

In for 1. I've been buying H&R Block Deluxe version from Newegg the last several years. The BF deal is pretty close to the lowest it gets, maybe within $5. It's worth it to get it now and not have to worry about it going forward.

The Deluxe (without the state tax portion) is on there for $25.99. Decided to pull the trigger instead of waiting for another $5-$7 or so off that may or may not come and not knowing when it'll come. lol.

Believe it or not, some sites (I've been checking for about a week) are slipping in programs from prior years without a warning. That won't lead to disgruntled customers, will it? (Even worse if they don't notice it, try to file, then that would likely fail and they'd have to buy the right one last minute, no deals, and enter everything again.)

I was one of the lucky bastards who signed up for the short-lived IRS Direct File program, where you sell your soul ^h^h^h^h provide LOTS of detailed personal information to get an official government ID account: that all went pfffft! this year, it apparently having been a yuge waste of money because so few people used it. Until then I'd used H&R Block (Basic), good enough for me, so HRB Deluxe at $26 (fed only) is great for me: thanks for posting. Amazon's got nothing right now ...
