The screen is trash tier; only 45% NTSC color range and 250 nits brightness. On top of that, the HDMI port only supports up to 1920x1080 @60Hz and the USB-C port is data only; no support for charging or video.

There are laptops in this price range with full function HDMI ports, which would allow you to plug in a high end monitor. And I'm not saying you shouldn't buy this laptop, I just want people to be aware of its unusual limitations.

Generally 300 nits is considered acceptable for indoor use; avoid anything below that. 400 is good, 500 is excellent, and 1000 is awesome. Naturally, you won't see super bright displays in this price range, but try to get a screen with at least 300 nits brightness and 100% sRGB color; there are low cost laptops available with those specs.
