Only the $70 plan gives the $300 GC. The $50 plan only gives out $100

Price was the big advantage for T-Mobile home internet, but there are better options in the $50 a month price range.

i just signed up last month! wonder if they will be able to apply this code after the fact.
Doubt it. It's T-Mobile 2025 edition, customer service is no longer a thing with them.

They will never send the $300 card. I get the runaround when I called. If you were successful in getting the $300, can you give me some pointers?
Was your rebate denied? Try messaging them on Twitter. My first rebate was denied for being outside the promotion window when that was the offer that showed up when I entered my number. They submitted another one over the phone almost three weeks ago and it's still in received status. So they'll get another two months of service out of me before I can even find out if the rebate will go through. Really pissed me off and is why I will dump them once I get the card. And I will get it come Hell or high water! 🤣

Still have not received the prepaid card from TMobile & contacting their customer service give me the run around

I cancelled after 90 days they denied the gift card saying promo code is invalid. Wasn't sure if I screwed it up or they played it.
Quote from iorchii :
They definitely played it, the CS was nice & ensured I would get the card - but I have to keep calling back for an update. Not worth the time

they made me run around too. but i kept on calling out of their BS and alternatives. they started with 'it was denied at it was not eligible plan'. i called them out on this to which they offered equivalent as bill credit. i rejected this and then they came back with that will issue the bill credit and then use that to issue the rebate card. then they issued the credits to my account but then they refused to issue rebate out of those excess credits.
i called them out again and again to which they shipped the prepaid card using that bill credit.

once i received it, i asked them to cancel the line once billing cycle ends as there was a week left and i need few days of overlap with my new provider. well, next month and I received another bill as that agent did not disconnect the line. i called them out again on this to which they made me run around that the previous agent who was supposed to cancel the line is not reachable and asked me to connect later. i was like WT fish is this, why can't that person cancel the line who had been chatting right now. man, it took me few hours over chat to resolve all of these issue.
this was about a month back so now i am waiting for next billing cycle to see if they send me prepaid label to return the unit or not.
but yea, this had been a sht show and looking at it, it looks like they are rejecting the rebate for multiple folks.

Omg. They gave you a horrible time. Maybe you can return the unit to a store instead of worrying about shipping?

Hopped on this last promo and was disappointed; slower than TMobile speeds on the phone during peak times and often cut out.
Heavily deprioritized.

Depends on tower location
Depends on location of unit near windows on side of tower location.

A bit slower today. no cuts outs or drops so far.

AI is often smarter than most customer service people.

Reason so many staff is getting cut when management realizes there is no cheap talent.

When you realize you know more about their products and their company is why CS is going all AI.

If you have a Capital One credit card, they also have an offer for $225.00 cash back. I just used it. For me it was a Quicksilver Capital One card. So theoretically, I'll get $225.00 from Capital One and $300.00 from T-Mobile.
I have venture X that gives 22500 miles. I want to order this for my sister...how long do I need to keep my card on her account, before Cap One gives out the cash back (miles in this case)? After that, she will use her own card. thanks
