My current ones are working fine but want to upgrade one of my older ones.

For myself, 20% applied automatically and credit given to my GC balance right away. However they will claw the GC money back if you don't actually send the item in or its appraised differently than how you stated.
And it's 20% off the fire device you choose. Ex: 4K Max is $7 off.
As for the $10 credit, not sure, as I haven't gotten it yet. I'm going to assume it's not actual GC money but instead amazon money, usable only if sold by amazon and it'll probably have some sort of exp. date? But we'll see there. I'll end up using it on something regardless, food or whatever.
