All configs are customizable! You can downgrade the cpu, increase the ram ssd. The discounts are on a sliding scale. So the $100 more for ram will also increase the discount at checkout.

From what I've read, the KF version doesn't offer any benefit because Alienware locks BIOS controls like multipliers and voltages. The F model ends up running at the same clock speeds as the KF in this system, so the F seems to be the better buy.

You have to change the PSU to the higher rated one for it to work.
