My local Sams Club had these for the same price through 12/1 if you are heading to Sam's Club but not Lowe's this weekend.

The lids of these explode at the slightest provocation from my experience. Came crushed on two of them from shipping, and in the last year two have cracked and broke from very small impacts (i.e. broom falling on one).

Yes the deal is back. Got 10 of these last year at this time, but didn't know truly how much I would find use for them or just how great they'd be.

At the time another SD'er bought 50 and I thought that was wild, but afterwards it made total sense.

Been waiting for these to come back so I could load up on them.

tldr: these are fantastic, they're worth it; buy now and buy many.

In my experience these Project Source totes are a different size than some of the other 27 gal totes. Keep that in mind. The HDX ones from Home Depot, as well as some I saw at Rural King (maybe Costco too) are slightly deeper but not as wide. That can matter if you're storing larger objects in them like Halloween props. I probably would have bought these Project Source totes because I prefer larger totes but the DA's didn't put them on sale when everyone else did.

I also agree that the Project Source lids are not a strong as the others in my experience. That wasn't normally a problem but it is when it is really cold. I had one lid fall off a cart in the cold parking lot and snap a corner. The plastic of the lid is a little more brittle.
