FWIW, twinkly 100' (72 led) permanent outdoor lights are 249.99 on their site right now vs Govee's 100' (60 led). Twinkly's are individually addressable programmatically (see Github Xled ) while Govee's aren't.

I really like the eufy ones better, think it's the e22 series is what I have. The cable thickness, power adapter quality and cord gauge, etc are all much more substantial. I also really like the screw mount hole on the eufy lights. It Made install a lot easier. For reference I've installed both Govee (at a family member's house) and eufy e22 100ft at my house. The eufy feels superior to me and the install was simpler. Keep in mind whichever route you go, it does take a fair amount of time installing either of these brand. Don't rely on the adhesive. Even using alcohol in a spray bottle to prep the surfaces, the adhesive will fail eventually. In Florida, that happens fast. The adhesive imho, should be thought of as temporary to help you get them where and how you want them before screw mounting.
It's also useful to have some little cable clips to help secure any excess cable. You can bundle it up and use the cable clips or zip tie them to the clips.
Measure twice and plan your lay outs. Try to keep the power brick mounted somewhere that won't get hit directly with rain or sprinklers and try to keep the wifi module up high and dry. Test your wifi module mounting location and its wifi strength to your network before you commit. Also keep in mind most of these guys max out at 150ft per controller. It's not a bad idea to have larger than you need as you can save the extra light strand as a replacement to any that may fail.
For screws I really like the Simpson strong tie 316 marine grade stainless steel. The 1/2in pan head worked very well for wood soffit mounting and they will realistically never rust. They are legit enough you could probably use them on aluminum soffits as well.
Keep your clutch setting on your dill at like 5-8lb so you don't accident over tighten and break the plastic mounting holes/brackets.
I figure if I get 3-5 years out of these that is worth it and I fully expect at some point I'll probably have to remove either a part or all of it to replace with a newer version or whatever. Having the higher quality screws that won't rust will help make replacement much easier. I should be able to reuse the same mounting holes np for many years to come.
You can get the clips and screw and home depot or Lowe's.
