Came as 25x 20 cards so definitely a few minutes of work to copy paste the codes to boost the balance 20 at a time.

Just did this. Confirmed that it does work...just takes a while to add 25 gift cards to Nintendo account. Did not hit any type of Nintendo cap

Yes, it applies to anything on Nintendo's store. Can be used for games and Switch Online memberships too!
