Costco cancelled on me the first time (using a family members account), but was able to go through with the account holder making the purchase. Finally got the dang thing ordered on the eshop after all this trouble, just waiting for it to finish processing. YMMV with cancellations if you are not the sole membership holder for either stores.
I went through the friggin ringer trying to get this ordered the past day, ended up having a family member purchase it for me to finally get the order to go through. Ordered the console off the eshop, now just hoping it will finish processing at some point.
Then ordered on Nintendo and forgot to use the balance itself so I had to cancel that one myself lol. Eventually did it the proper way, tax was $48.74. So I only saved $80 after accounting for the membership itself. Can't say there's a happy ending until it arrives on my doorstep but I hope for the best.
