Looks like this is the cheapest deal right now on this monitor and $10 cheaper than a similar deal two weeks ago. Reviews seem to be good and when I researched it on YouTube it seems there might be variations of this monitor from Acer. The Best Buy page claims this one can go up to 200 hz with 0.5 MS.

Reviewers on YouTube noted that at the higher frame rates no ghosting is noticeable. At lower frame rates you may see ghosting, but again not sure if they reviewed this exact variant. If anyone has this would love to hear your thoughts on this and the deal.
