It looks like this 15% coupon for the TikTok shop can show up periodically. When I signed up for TikTok, I didn't see this offer, only the $10 off $99. But I checked the TikTok apps offer periodically (and claimed all offers it showed), the 15% one eventually showed up after maybe 5 hours later, and was able to use for Ghost of Yotei, along with the Venmo promo (a bit under $50 post tax for me). So just keep checking back in the TikTok app's shop offer page
