You have to add the game to your cart and you won't see the discount untill your at the checkout screen.

Just did it. You really have to follow through to see the final discount. I clicked through amazon pay to the end then saw the final discount.

I am not seeing the discount either. I have added the game to my cart. Logged in with my Amazon account. Gone to the screen where shipping is calculated. And final step is "Place Order" and total is $50.28.
