No, it's Freedom/Freedom Flex that have the 5% cb on different categories each quarter

Since this deal is for Target Circle members, I would expect that you have to scan your Target bar code or tell the cashier the phone associated with your account in order for the promotion to apply to your purchase.

No, the Target stores does not take Paypal payment. I have asked and they NO.
