Buy 2 $100 Apple gift cards at Target with your TArget credit card which takes 5% off the price.
That's ~$190. You get 2 $15 Target gift cards back form the current Apple gift card promotion at Target. (Amazon and Best Buy also doing the same promotion.)
Buy the Apple TV 4k 128gb from Apple for $150 plus tax with your Apple gift cards. Get a $25 Apple gift card back from Apple (promotion) thru Dec 1st or so.
For your ~$190, you end up with the AppleTV 4k 128gb, $65 in Apple gift cards (minus tax on the ATV) and $30 in Target gift cards. (For me tax was only ~$8 on the ATV despite 7% rate because of the way Apple accounts for the gift card and ATV in the $150 price so I would end up with $67 in Apple gift cards.)
YMMV on the value of those gift cards. For me they are like cash. I give Apple money every month as it is for services for the family. And the Target gift cards...I mean you can buy toothpaste and shampoo as well as toilet paper and frozen pizzas and milk so I can't imagine anyone who can't use those same as cash.
If the cards are treated like cash and your tax rate was 7% then one would have only paid $103 after tax for the ATV 4k 128gb. $190-$97= $93.
