If you don't like the "free" games of the month you can hold off activating Meta+ for 3 months.
Games claimed for "free" through the subscription are only accessible with an active subscription.

also they give $50 discount if you have edu email address so $499 - $50 edu - $225
for awhile I was not liking the app because they offered crappy gift cards but it has gotten better - cashed out a few hundred on Walmart which they had last week - to me Walmart/Amazon is 99% as good as cash
