Don't buy Pecron they don't honor their warranty and their customer service is non existent, I have pecron paperweight at my house when it suddenly didn't keep a charge after 3 months of minimal use

went to get one, they charge tax to Ohio. so didn't. more than getting one from pecron direct, and certainty of extra 3 y warranty.

This is a disgustingly good deal for these specs and eligible for 30% tax rebate. There are a lot of Pecron haters but these units are well reviewed if you do the research. There are people that have "horror stories" with customer service but that is the case for almost all brands and there are plenty of people who have reported a good experience with Pecron support.

I purchased at $759 from Pecron and no tax or shipping in California. Where I live, we are approaching 10% sales tax so that was a NICE bonus. The reason no sales tax is that in California, there is supposed to be no sales tax on solar and related products. But some stores find it too deal with the Ca complexities and just charge tax.

How did you get it at $759? I see it as $799 on Pecron's site.
Edit: Nvm found it in the older listing. ALLCPMOR in case anyone else needs it here

How does this compare to the E3600LFP? It looks like the biggest difference is 1 less solar input but still an impressive 1600w input compared to 2400w and it looks like these cannot be linked for 240v like the E3600LFP. Also, it looks like 1 less ext battery input.

I think you nailed it. The E3600LFP also comes with a 240V charging cable, which allows for very fast charging. The 3000 is a slightly watered down version of the 3600. The biggest difference to me is the lack of 240V capability on the 3000, so if that's something you might be interested in doing later on, go with the 3600.

Please choose third-party sellers carefully... The last time I saw a price lower than the official price, it was from an unreliable third-party seller who closed down and stopped selling after a few months. Furthermore, Pecron's official website does not charge taxes, offers free shipping and excellent after-sales service, and also provides telephone customer support, making it hard not to choose the official website.

E3600LFP will only charge with 120V AC, though it comes with both a 15A and 30A charging cable. Two E3600LFP units can be operated in parallel for split-phase output (240V 7200W).
Other differences:
  • E3600LFP is about 20 lbs heavier
  • E3600LFP has two 1200W 150V 20A solar MPPT inputs, F3000LFP has one 1600W 120V 25A input
  • E3600LFP has a 10A and 30A 12V DC output, F3000LFP has only 10A
  • E3600LFP has two expansion battery ports (for total of 15 kWh), F3000 has only one (total of 9 kWh)
  • E3600LFP has a touchscreen
  • E3600LFP has two wireless phone chargers on top

I ordered from Outbound Power; they sent a notice saying that the unit would ship Dec 10-12 and arrive in 3-5 business days.
