This set sucks, mainly has steak knives and is exclusively at maceys.
For a better set that has more cooking knives, they are cheaper to buy direct than from Macey's currently. Maceys has marked up most of the prices above msrp.

From what I can find, the twin gourmet and twin signature lines are basically the same knives marketed under different names. Both are stamped ( not forged ), full tang, riveted with the same blades (angle and hardness) The only real difference is in the ergonomics of the handles.
Yes, the set I posted had 8 steak knives and lacked the santoku knife your set came with (easily added for less than the $170 price difference). Hope you never have more than 3 other people over for a steak dinner... You'll have to share knives because you only have 4.
