Got x2 Black Tickets, but for some reason online booking for "Zootopia 2" in NY state, the voucher redemption is not working with error:

Used today, had to pay an extra $4 surcharge on AMC but $24 not bad for 2 tickets and a regular sized popcorn in CA. 1 regular ticket is like $22.

I just tried it on a Sat, 11/29 showing of Zootopia 2 in NYC and it worked.

The Black ticket I received shows the 12-digit PIN first and the 16-digit voucher number second. This is the opposite of how AMC lays out their form fields (16-digit voucher first, 12-digit PIN second), so make sure you're putting the right code in the right spot.
