If you are already on unlimited $25 plan it's not giving the promo otherwise it's applying the promo.
I wonder if I downgrade my plan from unlimited to 5GB plan, will it let me pick unlimited plan with this promo?
And, no go, they offered my a one time 30% discount = $7.50
You can try it, downgrade your line then wait until after midnight and upgrade it, but it says only one unlimited plan can be purchased per line every 30 days.

Both are T-Mobile MVNOs but Tello gives you the two advantages listed above. Mint deprioritizes you after 30GB of data and no free international calling. Other than this, both are similar in performance and coverage.
I am going to cancel my line and get a new line at this price. I dont care for the number as I use it for car wifi anyways.
