That's unfortunate. You may be able to get them to honor it by contacting support. They were able to mark my account as eligible when I ran into an issue with the similar deal on the Watch7 during the summer. Though in that case, my payment method had an old Expiration Date and it counted the rejected charge against the "one use per group member."
Regardless, I'll update the deal to say that it does not appear to be compatible with the 50% off lines discount.

I found the issue is beacuse you can't have 2 discounts simultaneously on Fi. If you change your plan you will be able to get the sale, BUT, the 50% discount plan won't go away until the next billing cycle begins. I found this out the hard way back in January, but fortunately enough, the S25 series sale lasted for about a month and a half

To get this deal, it seems like one needs to have a phone plan with Google Fi, either new or existing customer. That is, you cannot get this deal with the LTE watch on a Fi watch plan, making you a new Fi customer.

That's correct. Fi doesn't have a "watch-only" plan. Their phone plan includes service on one watch per line.

When checking out Fi says I'm ineligible, but if purchasing for a new line on my plan it would be eligible for the $200 off. I'm existing customer on standard plan. I contacted support to ask what determines eligiblity, and gave them those details.
Fi support asked for me to send them the "promotion link or screenshot of the terms of the promotion". Guess they don't even know what the offer is. This SD page is the only place I can find the promotion mentioned online. Can anyone find any official info from Fi on this offer?
