Click-through portals like this typically do not require a specific payment type. This is basically like any other cash back site with a Capital One face slapped on it.

From their FAQ:

Quote :
You may use a non-Capital One form of payment to complete online offers. For in-store offers; however, you will need to use the card that you chose to associate with the activation of the in-store offer.
