**** BOGO 10% Off ****

The 10% off this weekend is apparently for TARGET gift cards. I don't think I can buy those and then turn around and use them to buy Cricket cards on discount (if the discount comes up) or can I? I think that other "monetary" purchases with the Target gift card would be not allowed
I caved and jumped ship because I can no longer gamble this late on another Target 15% deal when one of my ATT prepaid lines is due for renewal next week. I also don't want to deal with any potential asspain from a holiday/weekend phone number port-out. US Mobile has a good deal that's better on paper than ATT Prepaid's $300/yr plan (both old and newer ones with & without the 15% deal and Target Card 5% stack [= $242]) and expires tomorrow 12/19.
tldr:
- Unlimited Premium: effective cost $179 = $390 - $211 for unlimited data & hotspot, monthly 20 gb international data on ATT QCI 8 network.
- Unlimited Starter: effective cost $119 = $270 - $151 for unlimited data, monthly 20 gb hotspot + 1 gb international data on ATT QCI 9 network.
The ATT Prepaid $300/year plan (*both old and new ones) are ATT QCI 8. And ATT Prepaid reception can be spotty in the region of the US where I frequently travel. So, I also opted for the $45 multi-network add-on with the US Mobile Starter deal (*effective cost = $164) as a hedge against both deprioritized ATT QCI 9 service during network congestion and poor coverage while traveling. The multi-network add-on might not be relevant for those of you who only stick around Podunk Town or Podunk Road where ATT QCI 9 & 8 are generally equivalent. The Premium deal is also good if you value the hotspot & international data and have had consistent reception with ATT Prepaid depending on your mileage.

I thankfully have a few more weeks until my first ATT line renews. I'm hopeful we'll see another deal by then. If not, I still think $300 is a great value for the service, at least in my use case. $285 with a Circle card.
