Otherwise this configuration is a fine education device option.
Might be easier for the Op to bullet list the key specs rather than the current dump from Lenovo:

On ChromeOS, x86 will give you better compatibility with Linux applications. But ARM is more compatible with Android.
I only paid $95 for it so if you watch you can get 8GB DDR for a reasonable price.
It came with original packaging except the ties for the power cord had elastic band.
