Correct. As mentioned in the body of the post, this is a follow up of the same seller at eBay. However, as my first time posting a deal, I'm going to edit the title.
This is a low-priced Nintendo Switch OLED from VIPOUTLET through Walmart, with the main appeal being a new or open-box console at $220. The seller is described as tied to Walmart and has a solid track record with open-box and refurb items, which helps ease some of the third-party risk. The main cautions are that it is a Hong Kong edition, so the power adapter may differ and region-related software support is less certain, and the open-box classification is not fully transparent. It is a decent value if those import and condition quirks are acceptable.
Players using USB-C chargers, because the Hong Kong unit can power from a standard USB-C cable instead of the included adapter.
VIPOUTLET is treated as a Walmart-owned seller rather than a random marketplace vendor, and the console can be returned if there is a problem. Switch boxes also typically have no security seal, so open-box packaging alone does not prove anything either way.
It is a strong price for a new-looking OLED bundle, but the open-box and third-party seller setup adds risk. A gently used OLED with two games and original accessories sold for $240 on eBay, so the value depends on whether you want lower price or more certainty.
The console should charge over USB-C, so a standard USB-C charger can work even if it ships with a euro-style power adapter. Game cards are generally not region-locked, but Nintendo does not guarantee full support for overseas software on consoles from other regions.
Open box = ok I understand 3rd party seller= iffy if it's genuine.
Are bootleg Nintendo Switches really a concern?
VIPoutlet is a subsidiary of Walmart. Not exactly a risk since you can just return it to the store in the worst case scenario.

Still a good idea to mention. A lot of people don't know that these stores basically turned into an ebay and you wouldn't have all the conveniences as you would a Walmart.
I got a very gently used oled with 2 games and all original components on eBay 2 months ago for $240. Not sure if this is a good deal. It also came with an unused activation for MarioKart.
It is now showing $176, but out of stock. I wonder what the deal is. That could be enough to cause some people to make phone calls, but I doubt it would do any good.

VIPOUTLET is described as essentially Walmart, which can reduce perceived risk versus a random third-party seller.
The console reportedly uses USB-C charging, so an iPad charger may work even if a euro power adapter is included.
Nintendo Switch game cards are described as not region-locked in most cases, which may help overseas console owners use compatible cartridges.
Returns to the store are described as a practical fallback if the open-box purchase turns out poorly.
Open-box classification by a third-party seller is questioned, which can make condition expectations less reliable.
The listing being a Hong Kong Edition can raise uncertainty about region-specific software support and full service coverage.
US code redemption is reported as not working for US-based purchases, which can limit value if you rely on redemption codes.
The open-box deal may feel unclear versus comparable used OLED purchases, which can make $220 harder to justify.
