After talking to the rep, I understood that the following promotions are available.
  1. Annual Starter Plan for $199 (actual $270) with the promo code SUPER199.
  2. Annual Premium Plan for $299 (actual $390) with the promo code SUPER299
Note: Please do not try using the promo codes online. You have to ask the chat rep if there are any loyalty or retention deals, and I only tried this for the annual plan, not the monthly plan. Also, please make sure your existing annual plan is not replaced with the new one, as this might void the rest of your current plan.

I was also offered the $199 plan but was going to lose 2 months of existing service, so $45. Not worth it for like $1 a month savings

Yeah, no go on not losing remainder of existing service. They're willing to honor the sale for existing customers but you need to void your current plan (if on annual) for that.

I just called the US Mobile customer service line (878)205-0088. I'm currently on the $270 a year plan through late March 2026. I waited 30 mins until I got a female service rep. She said she can apply that $199 offer and put me on hold at least 5 times for another 30 mins total. She then said to apply that special offer, I must cancel my existing plan right now. I asked her if I will get credit for the unused months I paid through late March 2026 and she said no! At $22.50 a month, I will lose $90 from my prepaid $270 annual plan just to get them to apply the new $199 annual plan and save $71. When I asked her how would it make sense for me to lose $90 on my prepaid annual plan just to save $70 on the same plan and then she hung up....... WOW.

Prepaid services are never refundable. Nothing new here. I don't know what you were talking expecting.

Thanks, OP! Perfect timing as my unlimited premium plan was due to renew on next month.

I just got US Mobile chat to apply the $299 promotion to my existing account.

Thanks to this post, I was able to get. $299 for 6 lines. Took me a couple dropped calls and 2 hours to verify everything. US Mobile agent tried to say it was for new customers etc. I'm an existing customer and was able to secure a discount for myself and 5 members of my family. Agent had to talk to his Supervisor but at the end I saved $180 and a total of. $540 altogether for everyone. They immediately took out $299 for new billing and everything stays the same. They initially wanted me to pay $299 and an additional $78 for Apple Companion yearly fee, but luckily Supervisor approved all 6 lines. Thanks for reading and Good Luck !

If you are an existing annual plan holder, they are not going to honor this price. I tried with a customer representative online. One of my lines is going to renew in January, but the customer representative on the chat didn't have any deals for me. Deals are only on devices such as the Pixel 10.

Just chatted with the Rep and they did offer the discount to my plan. My old plan was ended and new plan was kicked in immediately. Thanks for the post.

Worked for me on 2 lines. CS rep took forever, but she got it done eventually. Saving about 250 as we were on the month to month.

I guess I was lucky this year as I jumped from Verizon to us mobile. Last year I did a year of mint on one line to get a phone deal. Around black Friday is a good time to have your annual renewal. You can put the deals from mint, visible, and us mobile against each other if you need a new phone or not.

Good question. For me it did not stack on top. It replaced the current one, but i lost only one month. I am still assuming the rep did not know how to stack. Pls check before it's applied by the rep.
I don't think US mobile has the plan stacking function

Does anyone know when this expires? I have about 2 weeks left on the three-month $15/month starter (my second three-month cycle; they extended it after the first cycle without even asking). I don't mind losing those 2 weeks, but not if I don't have to.

So a total $299 for 6 lines or each line $299 per year?
