Good price I guess but only 15 bulbs for a 60ft length seems a bit too sparse imo. Consider that before buying and don't get fooled by the pictures - they're misleading. Pictures in the reviews give a much better idea about bulb spacing.

I actually just returned these yesterday. They aren't as bright as the ones that plug directly into the wall and I too did not like how far away they tended to be from each other.

Note: this is one the string with sockets, you need to buy bulbs - which, well cost more than the product itself

I've lost two sets to my squirrels eating the lines. Here I go again.

Please don't take this personally, but I believe there's a common phrase that goes something like "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing and expecting different results." Honeybunch, aim for squirrel stew, then light up your life! ;-)😘

The solar panel connector is USB, so you can plug it into a usb plug / adapter instead. It is definitely brighter that way. However, if you do that, base, the remote won't work and you won't get all the features, such as flash, twinkle , wave. The solar panel base controls those functions. As for the spacing, I bought 2 so I can double run them. I will use them as outdoor Christmas lights this season and use the light effects. At this price point, it still seems to be a good deal.

I have them, and in their 120 and 240 lengths, you can easily double up to have lights closer together, which looks nicer. But definitely don't expect them to last for 24 hours. Maybe it's because the sun isn't out as long in the winter, but I do have the panels facing south and they shut off long before we sometimes wake up at 4am. But I am not usually needing the lights that late at night so it's ok and I haven't bothered with a return over their claim of 24 hours.
