IMO, it's best not to play a potential game that you'll get burned in (with Samsung)... I almost did with their CS.

But you would also need the EPP/work account, or an EDU (discount is smaller in such case).
At least some of those codes are already expired, BTW, and others were account specific - i.e. only for the EPP (like the NOV and DEC ones).
