"Eligible Participant": Open only to residents of any one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia or select U.S. Territories who: (1) are eighteen (18) years of age or older, (2) have a U.S. personal account with PayPal that remains in good standing through Reward fulfillment ("PayPal Account"), (3) receive an in app banner, email or other presentation inviting participation in the Offer and save the Offer ("Invitation") (eligibility for those who receive the Invitation will be determined solely by PayPal), and (4) have not already completed an Eligible Purchase.

The receipt and redemption of Points is subject to the PayPal Rewards Agreement.
"Eligible Purchase(s)": Eligible Purchases are purchases made using either Pay in 4 or Pay Monthly that are completed during the Offer Period by an Eligible Participant who has saved the Offer and has not previously received the benefit of the offer.
