- Once your new iPhone is activated, it remains unlocked, which means you can use it with any network that provides service for iPhone. - Open the PayPal app on your phone (or go to the PayPal website if you're using a browser)
- Navigate to the PayPal Rewards section

- Once you find it, there should be a "Save offer" button. Tap or click that to activate the offer.

I called PayPal customer service and they informed me because I have a business account, it isn't eligible for the promotion, only personal accounts. A new personal account can be set up using the same phone number and a separate email to participate in this deal.
Hope this helps someone having difficulty. I'll try setting up a personal account and trying again.
I have a 800 credit score, I'm verified in PayPal and I have multiple accounts registered with them.
All it says is the following. It's my first time using Pay in 4, so I don't owe them any money, and I've been with PayPal for many years.

We regret that we are unable to approve your request at this time for the following reason:
Total balance on your outstanding Pay in 4 loans or the Pay in 4 loan amount you requested is too high.
My PayPal Account Activity showed points pending immediately after I made the purchase online. After I picked up the phone at the Apple Store, PayPal showed 25000 Points pending. If I don't receive the cash back, I have until January 8, 2026 to return the phone.
Since the cashback can take up to 90 days, do you plan on returning the phone in early January within return period if the cashback hasn't already posted to your account by then?
