Way too high in saturated fat for me personally, but not bad macros overall…

Isn't that because it's made from milk protein? I thought that's a good thing in this case.

I just got a 4 pack on Amazon haul for $4.44 with a 50% off offer. Might be for new haul users only.

9g of saturated fat is still 9g of saturated fat. Which is about HALF of the daily recommended intake, in one little cookie. No thanks.

I just learned, to my dismay, that Quest uses erythritol in its products (including this one), and erythritol has been clinically proven to have increased risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events (ie., heart attack and stroke). This warning is no longer a "may be bad" but rises to the level of "is bad" for you. Here's a link to the NIH for a study published in June of this year: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/40459966/.

It's a shame because I like Quest products. They aren't worth a stroke though. If you're young, you're probably fine, but for those of us on the older side, it's not worth the risk in my estimation.
