How much bloat is permanently installed on this?
I'm assuming Moto bloatware, but anything carrier specific?

But yes, for $75 the Moto G Stylus 2025 is a way better phone. It has 50% more CPU performance (even more GPU performance for games). You get a Snapdragon CPU instead of a Chinese garbage CPU.

https://nanoreview.net/en/soc-com...nsity-6300

People don't realize how low-end these CPUs are. The Moto G Stylus 2025 is basically the same performance as a 5 year old Galaxy S20 Ultra (Snapdragon 865). When you look at the Moto G Power you're looking at something even slower than that. Like Galaxy S8/9.
Your comment is wrong and misleading. Although 5 years older, Snapdragon 865 is still far more faster in raw benchmarks than new lower-mid-range chips like the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3. 6g3 is a slightly improved 6g1, and 6g1 is renewed version based on the weak 680. There's literally no comparison between a flagship chipset with a lower-mid chipset.

This site has a horrible search engine. I looked for budget phones and couldn't find one, so I settled on the one in the OP. The QVC phone is a much better deal. Oh well.

I hear you, I only knew about the qvc since I saw it previously. Ultimately I still couldn't find it but I saw it in this thread

Good if you need the phone for Wifi or spare phone, not good if your goal is to get it unlocked. The 2025 Moto G Stylus is available on straight talk website for only $35 more than this one. But its a waaaay better phone in all ways. Those $35 extra are worth every penny. Also come already with a line, you don't need to verified ID, neither port in, and you can pay the next month to get it unlocked.
Does the second month have to also be on the $60 plan?

Rather than say pointless words, you can back it up with benchmarks.

https://nanoreview.net/en/soc-com...on-6-gen-3

Snapdragon 865 is only 10-20% faster than the 6 Gen 3 in CPU performance.

It IS quite a bit faster in GPU performance (40%).

Still, my comment is much more accurate than yours. That's the whole point of Moore's law, every 1.5 years performance doubles. Of course budget phones caught up with 5 year old flagships.

"The Moto G Stylus 2025 is basically the same performance as a 5 year old Galaxy S20 Ultra (Snapdragon 865)." You initial statement is a blatant lie. 6g3 is vastly inferior to SD865 in daily tasks due to its limited memory band width, which is about 1/2 of the latter, and that impacts most commonly used apps built on Kotlin (even worse on Java) since interactive/reactive and renderings aggressively require fast data flow. Check out any app start up comparison videos you would find out.

Again, stop spread misleading information about something you don't really know.

QVC saves one's email, credit card, name and address as well as probably the browser. To beat them change the above info.

Moto phones hardly have any bloatware if any. That's why I don't mind them.

Doesn't the $75 Moto G Stylus 2025 require a plan? What is the final cost of this $75 phone including the necessary plan?

They charged me then said it was delayed with no delivery date. I did it 10 minutes after the deal posted.

The phone is $0 with a 1 month $45 plan.

If you want it unlocked for use on TMobile then you need to spend another $35 for the Bronze plan to get to 60 days of service.

The $75 I mentioned is technically with autopay. If you don't want to use autopay it's $80.

Can someone confirm whether this is 64 GB or 128 GB? The Motorola USA website shows only the 128 GB version. I am looking to trade this in for the Pixel 9 Pro at the Spectrum website. They also show only 128 GB option.

It is 64GB with a micro SD card for extra storage.
