Outside of the "touchscreen" the only functional difference I could spot is the non pro one has a dehydrate option whereas this one does not. Unclear if the Pro one also has a way to wrap the cord around on the bottom when put away.
For the price, this is a great purchase! Also the oatmeal color is better than I expected and doesn't look cheap.
Only (super) minor grief is the On/Off button blinks when the unit is off, and no way to turn it off completely via setting. Most people say they just unplug the unit when not in use, so I started doing the same.
